In lieu of a celebration gala originally planned, we are creating a celebratory DVD with video expressions and commemorative print souvenir journal with ads to honor our pastor after 29 years of dedicated service to Brown Chapel AME Church. Souvenir packages are summarized in the table below:
This website will guide you through the process of electronically submitting your souvenir booklet ad, personal video expression and ordering your commemorative souvenir package.
There are 4 steps to complete the ordering process:

Step 4. Press the final confirmation button to complete your order
Please note, separately from this order form we ask that you make a generous love offering to Pastor Hatter. Please make it payable to “Pastor Jerry Hatter” and mailed to the 1043 W Michigan Ave, Ypsilanti, MI 48197. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE HIS CHECK PAYABLE TO BROWN CHAPEL.
Instructions for Souvenir Ad and Video Expressions

Please download a formatted template (Powerpoint, Word) illustrating a full and half page ad.

Make sure your ad fits into the predetermined size before submitting; otherwise, it will be considered a non-camera ready ad and will cost an additional $15 for design.

Shipping is available per your request for an additional $5.

Video Expressions must be no more than 60 seconds. You may use your cell phone/iPad/Computer to record your expressions. Please keep your comments succinct.
